The use of a clutch alignment tool during clutch installation and removal is helpful in order to properly align the clutch components, and to prevent damage to the related components.

Because the weight of some heavy-duty clutches approaches 150 lbs., it’s important to only use a sturdy high-quality alignment tool.

Each alignment tool is manufactured in the U.S. of premium grade polypropylene material. Our thicker-walled design is produced using an injection molding process that yields increased structural rigidity

and higher weight capacity over other designs. Furthermore, because the polypropylene material is resistant to degradation by oil and grease, an AMS alignment tool may be used repeatedly.

The following table (sorted by AMS number) provides dimensional details needed to correctly match the alignment tool to the clutch.
