AMS Ranks in Top 100 Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers
AMS Automotive ranked in the Automotive Aftermarket Supplier Association’s (AASA) list of Top 100 Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers for 2014. This marks the first time in the company’s 27-year history that AMS has been so honored. The list recognizes the largest and most influential manufacturing suppliers in the United States and Canadian automotive aftermarket.
AMS Automotive is a global manufacturer, distributor, and supplier of automotive aftermarket products located in Fenton, MO. The company has been in the business for more than 25 years and continues to expand its product line, which now includes brakes, lift supports, hydraulics, flywheels, clutches, and other heavy duty automotive products. Consequently, in order to support growing demand for its products, AMS moved into a new office and warehouse facility at 415A Axminister Drive in Fenton, supporting its continue strong record of growth. So far in 2013, AMS has realized a growth rate of about 7.5%.
"This is quite an achievement and serves as a testament to the efforts that each and every one of our employees puts into performing their jobs on a daily basis. Just making this list is and honor and recognizes our company as being amongst the best of the best in our industry,” Chris Habel, Director of Marketing & Product Development at AMS, said upon receiving this prestigious recognition. The company ranked 71st on this list. “Number 71 is a great place to be but also leaves plenty of room for improvement,” Habel remarked.
