AMS offers a complete selection of medium to heavy duty clutches that range from Angle-Ring and Angle-Spring designs to the more popular EZ-Pedal clutch. Each of our medium to heavy duty clutches are designed to meet or exceed O.E.M. specifications and are assembled in the U.S.A. with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. Each clutch assembly is backed by a one-year unlimited mileage warranty and utilizes all new components including intermediate plate and clutch discs.

Flywheels

Bolted to the engine crankshaft, the flywheel serves as the mounting surface of the clutch assembly. The flywheel also acts as a heat sink to dissipate heat. Many of today’s medium and heavy-duty truck flywheels are not designed to be resurfaced. The ring gear has been mounted forward on the flywheel, near the friction surface.
